KR Education Learnerships, Skills Programmes and Internships for 2023 

Are you graduating from Matric and not sure what to study or how you will be able to pay for further studies? 

We have the solution for you!  

All you need to do is to register online, pay your R600 assessment fee and write the online NQF Placement Assessment. 

KR Education has partnered with various Host Companies and Education Institutions all over South Africa who offer funded learnerships in various industries. This means you can study and get work experience for FREE. 

RECRUITMENT:

KR Education would like to invite all abled and disabled individuals to apply as we have opportunities for you all.  From the ages of 18 to 28 years, male or female with any type of education level to apply. 

DURATION OF LEARNERSHIPS:

As these learnerships are in various fields, their duration can be anything from 3, 6, 12 and/or 18 months. 

NQF PLACEMENT / MATCHING:

By joining our Learnership Database, you will benefit from a NQF Level-Appropriate Assessment which we at KR Education will conduct so that we can recommend you to an aligned SETA Learnership on your level and taking into account your interests and goals for future career development and training. 

HOW DO WE ASSESS YOU?

This is done online, using your camera on your device to record you while you are tested on your language and numeracy skills, by means of multiple-choice questions and sometimes an aptitude assessment. 

ASSESSMENT RESULTS:

After the test, your results will assist us in determining where your strengths lie and you will be flagged for aligned learnerships and placed on the database, from which one of our hosting partners would be able to make selections from. 

LOCATION:

You will be flagged for Learnerships in the area or province that you have selected in your application, so please select the correct area where you want to study when applying. 

PREPARATION - FREE COURSE:

All registered learners are also enrolled in a “study at your own pace’ online course where you will receive valuable training on how to create your own CV and interview skills explaining how to prepare yourself for the job market. This includes interactive quizzes and video resources to assist you in this process.

PLACEMENT:

Should you be considered by one of our partners to continue with the learnership, KR Education will arrange an interview with you to discuss the next steps in your learnership. 

COST:

The complete assessment process will cost you R600 to ensure you are placed in the correct level of learnership and to optimize your skill strength.

The Learnership training and workplace experience will be Free of charge.

You may qualify for an allowance based on the Learnership and Organisations policies. 

PROMISE:

KR Education Solutions is committed to place you and work hard to find you the best possible placement at no extra cost to you.  When you have been selected you will receive a qualification with working experience for free.  This can include a monthly allowance but depends on the type of learnership and organisational policy.  Many of our learnership students are offered permanent positions at the companies they do their practical component with, so it is important to work hard to show your strengths to better your chances of being offered permanent employment.
